Tata Cara Mengisi Form Registrasi Doaj

DOAJ merupakan situs pengindex yang wajib bagi pengelola jurnal pemula yang belum terakreditasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas jurnal yang dikelola. Nilai KUM yang ditawarkan oleh TIM PAK Ristekdikti maksimal 20. Berikut ini panduan untuk mengisi formulir DOAJ.

Ada beberapa tahapan untuk mendaftarkan jurnal ke pengindex DOAJ. Silahkan membaca artikel berikut ini. Form yang harus diisi sebagai berikut:

Persiapan Mendaftarkan Ke Doaj

Setelah  pengelola  jurnal  membangun  aplikasi  pengelolaan  jurnal  secara  elektronik  semacam Open Journal System (OJS), yang harus dilakukan selanjutnya yakni mendaftarkan jurnal elektronik tersebut  ke  mesin-mesin  atau  situs  pengindeks  jurnal  elektronik. Mesin Pengindex jurnal terdiri dari mesin tingkat atas (Thomson  Reuters/Web of Science) dan  Scopus),  sampai  ke  situs pengindeks level menengah salah satunya Directory of Open Access Journals dan mesin tingkat dasar yaitu Google Scholar, dll. Selain  dari  luar  negeri,  ada  pula  situs  pengindeks jurnal  dari  dalam  negeri. 

Pada  tulisan  ini dibahas bagaimana mendaftarkan ke situs pengindeks jurnal Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).   Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)   Situs pengindeks jurnal elektronik ini beralamat di http://www.doaj.org. DOAJ termasuk situs pengindeks jurnal yang pertama kali harus dikejar alasannya yakni nilai kum yang ditentukan oleh tim PAK hingga 20. A  Ada banyak  kriteria  yang  harus  dipenuhi  oleh  sebuah  jurnal  elektronik,  tetapi  yang  perlu digarisbawahi diantaranya yakni harus menyediakan kanal terbuka (open access) bagi pembaca baik abnormal maupun teks penuhnya.

Mendaftarkan jurnal ke DOAJ memerlukan effort lebih untuk menyiapkan syarat-syaratnya. Mengapa demikian? Karena ada sekitar 58 form yang harus diisi dan minimal url-url nya juga perlu isiapkan. Ada beberapa bab dalam formulir pengisian pengajuan indeksasi ke DOAJ sebagai berikut:
